I haven’t always been a confident speaker coach...  

When I started this journey, I was a single divorced mom, with high school education, and jobs that didn’t meet my highest calling.

Here are 3 keys that were imperative to how far I’ve come:

1️⃣  Discomfort.

Growth is not comfortable, if it is you’re probably doing it wrong. Discomfort in putting yourself out there, discomfort in not knowing the end goal, discomfort in not feeling qualified enough.

What I knew more than anything was that if I stayed the same in comfort, nothing would ever change. That scared the shit out of me.

2️⃣  Consistency.

Many mornings I woke up feeling like an idiot and someone who was making a fool of myself. But I would revisit my goals in my vision and recognize this work is my passion. I got better and better the more I showed up and the more I was consistent.

3️⃣  Coaching.

I’m not just saying that because I  offer a 4-month mastermind program to help you create and accomplish incredible goals. I am saying this because it’s absolutely true. I needed to work with leaders who have been where I wanted to go. I needed to work with others who could give me guidance, real constructive feedback and inspiration. If they could do it then I could do it, if I could make the scary commitment to surround myself in higher places, I could see myself where I wanted to be, faster and with strategies that made sense.
