The 2-day Train the Trainer program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to facilitate and customize their own group wellness sessions. Participants will leave with their own customizable or ready-to-go as-is facilitation package and skills, to run their own group wellness sessions. 

 There main goals of the program is designed to nurture three categories:

1. Emotional Intelligence through understanding emotions and self awareness,
2. Managing Relationships, including with self, relationship boundaries and communication,
3. Decision making, through understanding the forming of habits and listening to intuition. 

The transformative impact of the program begins with the facilitators themselves. They undergo condensed but comprehensive training, experiencing their own personal growth and gain the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively. This experience equips them to support the youth in their communities, fostering strong relationships between the youth and their leaders. By supporting those who are breaking through and seeking to speak up, we contribute to a cycle of empowerment and resilience, ultimately creating a healthier and more connected communities.

Program Objectives

The primary objectives of the Train-the-Trainer program are:

2.  To provide in-depth knowledge on various wellness topics.
3.  To develop participants' confidence in leading discussions and workshops.
4.  To help participants identify their own wellness journey wins to use as examples.
5.  To foster a community of wellness facilitators who can support each other.
