A transformational 12-week experience blending in-person leadership intensives with virtual coaching, community connection, and deep personal development.
This program includes:
- Two full in-person training days in Winnipeg (opening Monday February 2, 2026 + closing April 20, 2026)
- Weekly support + accountability
- Alternating virtual sessions:
- Week A → 90-minute group Zoom call
- Week B → 60-minute Leadership Pods
Registration Fee & Important dates: Registration open date is December 3, 2025. For those that pay in full in December, receive a private 1 on 1 coaching call prior to the program. (A value of $888) Enrolment closes January 23rd, 2026.

Q: What is the time commitment?
A: The program runs 12 weeks with a mix of virtual sessions and two in-person days (Day 1 and Day 12). Expect weekly engagement of 2-3 hours.
Q: How many women will be in the cohort?
A: The program caps at 20 women total for an intimate, high-impact experience. You'll join inspiring large-group calls for collective learning, plus smaller accountability circles for weekly check-ins focused on applying tools, sharing wins, and staying on track.
Q: Will Jessica be the solo program facilitator?
A: You'll benefit from dual facilitation, myself leading the core content and teachings, supported by an experienced co-facilitator who brings additional expertise in group dynamics and accountability.
